By accessing and using Mythos Quest ("the App") and our website at mythosquest.space, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this App's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Mythos Quest is designed to be educational and fun for all ages. However, because our App collects certain data to function (such as location, photos, usernames, and email addresses), users under the age of 15 living in Greece (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) must have verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account and share this data.
Mythos Quest provides users with an interactive, map-based exploration and quiz game. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register using a third-party login provider (e.g., Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We want to keep the game fair for everyone. Therefore, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account solely in the event of hacking, cheating, location spoofing, or using unauthorized third-party software to manipulate the App.
The App requires access to your device's location services to function properly and provide map-based features. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to ensure your real-world surroundings are safe while using the app.
While Mythos Quest is currently free to play, we may introduce in-app purchases for virtual items or features in the future. Any virtual goods purchased within the App will have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real cash, and are provided as a limited, non-transferable license for use strictly within the game.
All content included on the App, such as text, graphics, logos, images, map data, and software, is the property of Mythos Quest or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
The App and all information, content, materials, and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mythos Quest makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included.
Mythos Quest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greece.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
